Problem encountered by SM18op Team:

Malfunction of Rotary Switch for Polarity change on Cluster B.

1) Since Rotary switch for Orbital Dipole Corrector Powering is being installed for B cluster, help of equipment support is required for connection of Orbital Dipole Corrector.

2)Cry supervision lost for all the benches.

3) TBE1- Communication error between PLCSE and Server.

4)Faulty Intercon Box of Cluster C was replaced by equipment support.
