Test Coordinator : Marco

1) Eleven (11) magnet tests were completed -->Dipoles - 8, Arc SSS - 2, 500 Series - 1, 600 series - zero.

2) Nick pointed the obvious fact that relatively very less (appx 2/3 of normal) magnets could be tested mainly due to unavailability of ROCLA and unavailability of magnets to test.

3) Nick also pointed out that S064 on C1 was waiting since last Saturday due to some communication problem between TC and the OP team. But it was also said that even if this problem had not

happened, there was no magnet to take its place. Hence this problem had practically no effect on number of magnets tested.

4) Nick proposed that OP team could take the responsibility of doing tests such as WP04 and WP17 if it could help accelerate testing. Richa said it would not help as it did not take much time.

5) Sixty-six(66) magnets in total remain to be tested. Out of this there are 32 dipoles, 12 SSS, 10 - 500 series and 12 - 600 series magnets.

6) Hallick informed that there was no arc SSS available for test. S650 will be put on B2 today(Tuesday) or tomorrow. S675 is prepared and will be placed on D1 or D2.

7) Stephan told that 2325 was coming back for test. It will require both the magnetic measurements - the standard measurements and the corrector measurements. He wanted to know whether long or short anti-cryostat should be put in it.

8) A level difference of 12 mm in bench A1 was found and corrected, Hollick informed.

9) Richa told that there was some communication problem with all the power converters of cluster B. It will be further investigated.

10) At last Nick asked OP team to be careful about opening NC (due to wrong template data) on 600-Series magnets beyond S682 and on arc SSS beyond 360. It was said that these magnets have special configuration and their templates need to be modified. Nick asked Georgeo to look into this matter too. It was suggested that consulting the paper traveller could also help in this regard.
