Highlights of Tuesday's meeting 8 NOV 2005

1. 15 complete magnet Test Cycles

11 Dipoles (1 with Magnetic measurement)

3 SSS

1 Special SSS

2. Magnet 3340 was tested with Magnetic measurement but it was not checked in SMTMS

OP Team should be careful regarding SMTMS entry, respective check boxes must be checked correctly.

3.SSS 277 will be tested with quench antenna

4. There is a 2 hrs strike on Thursday, so Indian people in the shift have to take care of operation during morning shift , TC and Equipment support will be available during that period .

5. ROCLA was not available on Sunday and this issue was seriously noted in the meeting.

6. Equipment support must be informed if there is any quench during SPA.

7. FOR SSW tests a calling list in preferential order has been put in the control room, experts must be called in preferential order according to the list at that day during normal working hrs.

8.SPA was noticed at TBE2 during PT10 due to the connector D20 which was not connected. After HV test Bench must be completely normalized to avoid such mistakes.

9. New version of IAP software will be loaded at sun mta 24 as test run which will be deployed on all other benches by next week. With this software analysis of CD an EF voltage tap continuity check will be possible.

10. At TBE2 during CDAP temp sensor vs GND test failed but temp sensor was reading properly , NC was opened for this. Pierre has informed magnet can be signed for stripping for this problem.

11. TBB1 will contibue to have SSS till enough SSSS are avialble.

12. total magnet tested for the month is 62 (43 Dipoles+ 13 SSS + 6 SSSS).
